Level 257 Hosts 'Sip Life Up' Wine Dinner

Level 257 is hosting an exclusive private dinner as part of the Sip Life Up wine series located at 2 Woodfield Mall in Schaumburg.

New restaurant concept Level 257TM is hosting an exclusive private dinner as part of the Sip Life Up wine series on Wednesday, May 20 at 6pm. The menu will feature six unique courses inspired by the flavors, textures and scents of six hand selected Byron Wines from the Santa Barbara County region of California.

The event will be held in the private dining room of Level 257, located at 2 Woodfield Mall, Schaumburg, IL. Acclaimed Winemaker, Jonathan Nagy, will guide guests through each course and wine pairing. The carefully crafted menu, designed by Executive Chef Bradley Godinez, will feature:

Scallop sashimi, champagne pickled pear, samphire bean, herb salad
