Limited Time Pricing on Phase Two Townhomes Offered at Red Seal Homes' Arbor Lane in Arlington Heights
The townhomes, which will deliver in December, are priced from $319,900 for a limited time.

With construction underway on the second phase of Arbor Lane, a community of 16 townhomes in Arlington Heights, builder Red Seal Homes has announced special “early bird” construction pricing on the three available homes in this phase.
The townhomes, which will deliver in December, are priced from $319,900 for a limited time.
Located along Palatine Road, just east of Rand Road, Arbor Lane offers four floor plans ranging from 1,702 to 1,742 square feet. The homes offer two to three bedrooms, 2½ baths, an attached two-car garage and private outdoor space. The townhomes in Phase One have sold out.

“We know buying a home before its complete can be a leap of faith because you don’t have a finished product to tour, which is why we’re offering this special pricing. It’s an added incentive for buyers to secure their townhome now so they can move into it in a couple of months,” said Brian Hoffman of Northbrook-based Red Seal Homes.
Hoffman noted another benefit to buyers who purchase now is first choice of the four distinct floor plans. “Each plan offers distinct benefits and suits a variety of buyers,” he said.

Two of the townhomes in phase two – The Ashton and The Crofton – have dual master suites, a popular feature for both individual buyers and couples. “The dual master is perfect for first-time buyers looking to offset costs with a roommate,” said Hoffman. “It offers each person his or her privacy.” Hoffman added the privacy benefit is also appreciated by buyers who host a lot of friends and family overnight.
Meanwhile, families might be drawn to the two other floor plans at Arbor Lane which offer three bedrooms, including a master suite with an attached bath and walk-in closet. “Arlington Heights is very popular among buyers with children because of the fantastic schools, and these plans were designed with a busy family in mind,” he said.
All floor plans offer second-floor laundry, a powder room on the main living level, and lower-level flex space that can be used as a den, home office or playroom. The Brunswick, which is a 1,719-square-foot plan with three bedrooms, also offers the option of adding a den to the main level.
Each townhome comes standard with a partial brick façade, site-finished hardwood flooring throughout the main living areas, and modern kitchens with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and Aristokraft® furniture-quality cabinetry.
Just as appealing as the townhome finishes, according to Hoffman, is the fact each townhome is completely maintenance-free.
“Your assessments cover landscaping, fall clean-up, snow removal – the works. It’s ideal for busy professionals, families on the go – or simply a buyer who’d rather spend time enjoying all that Arlington Heights has to offer.”
Arbor Lane is located about a half-mile from shopping and dining destinations at the intersection of Arlington Heights and Rand roads and a short drive from Arlington Lake Park. The community is also a less than 10-minute drive from two Metra stations, offering train service to downtown Chicago. It is served by Arlington Heights School District 25.
