Man Accused Of Stalking Used Tracker: Arlington Heights PD Blotter

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — The following information comes from the Arlington Heights Police Department and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. ARRESTS

SELLING TOBACCO TO A MINOR

A 19-year-old woman is accused of selling tobacco to a person under the age of 21, and was arrested at 2:40 p.m. Oct. 24, in the 1000 block of S. Arlington Heights Road. Her bond payment was set at $100 and a court date of Nov. 9 was assigned.

UNLAWFUL USE OF A WEAPON

Maurice C. Ewing, 34, is accused of unlawful use of a weapon, driving on a suspended license, and was arrested at 7:51 p.m. Oct. 22, at Dundee and Wilke roads. Bond was set at $2,500 and a court date of Dec. 7 was assigned.

VIOLATION OF BAIL BOND

Lori S. Ginsburg, 54, had a warrant for violation of bail bond, and was arrested at 8:20 p.m. Oct. 25, in the 800 block of W. Golf Road. Bond was set at $5,000 and a court date of Oct. 31 was assigned.

NO DRIVER'S LICENSE

An 80-year-old woman is accused of driving with no driver's license, and was arrested at 10:13 a.m. Oct. 25, at Sigwalt Street and Vail Avenue. Bond was set at $2,500 and a court date of Nov. 15 was assigned.

RESISTING A PEACE OFFICER

Javier Levya-Orozco, 44, is accused of resisting a peace officer, speeding more than 35 mph over the speed limit, illegal transportation of liquor by a driver, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and was arrested at 12:55 a.m. Oct. 26, at Palatine and Arlington Heights roads. Bond was set at $2,500 and a court date of Nov. 30 was assigned.

ASSAULT

A 60-year-old man is accused of assault, and was arrested at 8:15 p.m. Oct. 27, in the 700 block of E. Falcon Drive. Bond was set at $100 and a court date of Nov. 30 was assigned.

DOMESTIC BATTERY

Zdenek Marholt, 50, is accused of domestic battery, and was arrested at 10:48 p.m. Oct. 23, in the 400 block of S. Cleveland Avenue. Bond was set at $10,000 and a court date of Nov. 16 was assigned.

VIOLATION OF AN ORDER OF PROTECTION

Peter Neuman, 33, is accused of violation of an order of protection, and was arrested at 7:37 a.m. Oct. 24, in the 2400 block of N. Kennicott Drive. Bond was set at $10,000 and a court date of Nov. 16 was assigned.

STALKING

Joseph Ravago, 49, is accused of two counts of stalking, two counts of unlawful use of an electronic tracking device, and was arrested at 4 p.m. Oct. 26 in the 3300 block of Carriage Way. Bond was set at $50,000 and a court date of Nov. 23 was assigned.

ROBBERY

David Wasinski, 28, is accused of aggravated robbery, robbery, and was arrested at 4:10 p.m. Oct. 27, in the 30 block of W. Golf Road. Bond was set at $20,000 and a court date of Nov. 16 was assigned.
