Richard Decesare, 34, is accused of criminal trespass to state supported land (trespass from Village parking facility), public dumping (personal property left in a village parking facility), and was arrested March 4 at the Evergreen Parking Underground, 35 S. Evergreen Ave. He was released and assigned a court date of April 9.
RETAIL THEFT

Richard S. Decesare, 34, is accused of retail theft, and was arrested March 2 at Lyons Beverage Depot, 135 S. Arlington Heights Road. He was released and assigned a court date of April 9.
ROBBERY
Wayne Frazier, 27, is accused of robbery, and was arrested March 3 at Jewel, 122 N. Vail Ave.
VIOLATING AN ORDER OF PROTECTION
Mario A. Medina-Sierra, 37, is accused of violating an order of protection, and was arrested March 2 in the 900 block of E. Golf Road. He was assigned a court date of March 27.
CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY
Catherine R. Mercer, 45, is accused of criminal damage to property, and was arrested March 6 in the 2300 block of S. Goebbert Drive. She was released and assigned a court date of March 22.
BATTERY
- Thomas A. Pearce, 35, is accused of battery, criminal trespass to a building, and was arrested March 6 at Mago, 200 W. Campbell Drive. He was released and assigned a court date of April 17.
- Deonta A. Williams, 25, is accused of aggravated battery of a nurse while they were performing duties, two counts of battery, and was arrested March 7 at Northwest Community Healthcare Hospital, 901 W. Kirchoff Road. A court date of April 11 was assigned.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE
Jose L. Perez Alanis, 25, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration level of .08 or more, and was arrested March 7 at N. Arlington Heights Road and E. Northwest Highway. He was released and assigned a court date of April 17.
VANDALISM
Jayvon M. Soares, 31, is accused of vandalism, and was arrested March 4 at S. Arlington Heights and E. Golf roads. He was released and assigned a court date of April 9.
IDENTITY THEFT
Aldo Zaragova, 45, is accused of aggravated identity theft, and was arrested March 1 at LA Fitness, 345 E. Palatine Road. He was released and assigned a court date of March 6.
