Man Charged With Assault At Domino's: Arlington Heights PD Blotter

The accused was also charged with disorderly conduct stemming from the incident last weekend, according to police.

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — The following information comes from the Arlington Heights Police Department and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. CRIMINAL TRESPASS TO PROPERTY

  • Omar A. Abdelhamid, 29, of the 3500 block of Tamarind Drive, Northbrook, is accused of criminal trespass to property, and was arrested at 5:19 p.m. July 22, at 7-Eleven, 1418 E. Hintz Road. He was released and assigned a court date of Aug. 13.
  • Karen Kline, 54, of the 300 block of Knob Hill Drive, Arlington Heights, is accused of criminal trespass to property, and was arrested at 9:42 p.m. July 23, in the 300 block of W. Berkley Drive. She was released and assigned a court date of Sept. 12.
  • Pauline Mccrowssan, 65, is accused of criminal trespass to property, and was arrested at 12:44 p.m. July 22, at Jewel, 122 N. Vail Ave. She was released and assigned a court date of Aug. 13.

RETAIL THEFT

Gabriel G. Caaway, of Tustin, California, is accused of retail theft, forgery, and was arrested at 1:25 p.m. July 23, at Marshall's, 392 E. Rand Road. He was released and assigned a court date of July 26.

BATTERY

Carlson J. Chapin, 71, of the 1000 block of N. Auburn Woods, Palatine, is accused of battery, and was arrested at 4:45 a.m. July 22, in the 800 block of W. Central Road. He was released and assigned a court date of Aug. 9.

BURGLARY TO MOTOR VEHICLE

Juan Alejandro Cortez, 35, of the 30 block of Iowa Avenue, Joliet, is accused of burglary, and was arrested at 6:07 p.m. July 23, in the 2300 block of E. Rand Road. Hew as released and assigned a court date of July 29.

ASSAULT

Paul C. Dudesek, 69, of the 2400 block of Golf Road, Arlington Heights, is accused of assault, disorderly conduct, and was arrested at 3:40 p.m. July 20, at Domino's Pizza, 301 Meijer Drive, Rolling Meadows. He was released and assigned a court date of Aug. 28.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

Diego Hernandez Martinez, 22, of the 600 block of Grove Drive, Buffalo Grove, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration level of .08 or more, and was arrested at 6:32 a.m. July 22, in the 800 block of W. Dundee Road. He was released and assigned a court date of Aug. 28.

FALSE ALARM COMPLAINT TO 911

Andrew W. Preissing, 31, is accused of making a false alarm complaint to 911, and was arrested at 8:32 a.m. July 19, in the 500 block of W. Euclid Avenue. He was released and assigned a court date of Sept. 19.
