Man Found Shot On Porch Of Home Dies From Wounds: Palatine PD

PALATINE, IL — A man, who was found on the front porch of a home by police wounded from a gunshot, died Friday night. Police said the isolated incident occurred at around 7:30 p.m. in the 800 block of S. Plum Grove Road.

Palatine police responded to the home following a report. They found a male, approximately 30 years old, on the front porch of a home. The victim had sustained life-threatening injuries from an apparent gunshot wound. He was later pronounced dead at the scene.
