Man in Hooded Jacket, Sunglasses Robs Arlington Heights Bank
The suspect gave a teller at Ben Franklin Bank a note Thursday, saying he had a weapon and demanding money.

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL―A man wearing a black hooded jacket and sunglasses robbed Ben Franklin Bank on Thursday afternoon.

Police say the man―described on the Bandit Tracker Chicago website as being 45 to 50 years old, between 5-foot-8 and 5-foot-10 tall and weighing about 180 to 190 pounds―gave a teller at the financial institution, 830 E Kensington Road, a note demanding money and stating that he had a weapon, the Daily Herald reports.

The suspect escaped on foot after he was given the money, the report added. No details were given about how much money was taken.
Along with the hooded jacket and sunglasses, the suspect also wore khaki pants and ski or mechanic gloves, according to Bandit Tracker.
