Man Points Gun At Head Of Woman Walking Dog: Arlington Heights PD

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — A woman walking her dog Sunday afternoon had a gun pointed at her head during an armed robbery near Schaeffer Road and Weston Drive. Police said the incident occurred at around 1:15 p.m.

The victim said the unknown man approached her, pointed a black gun at her head, and then demanded her belongings. When she told the man she had no property on her, he reportedly left southbound on Schaeffer Road to westbound Nichols Road in possibly a black Toyota Camry.

The man is described as Hispanic, approximately 6-foot tall, between 20 and 29 years of age, and was wearing blue jeans.
