Man Robs Motel Of $1.5K With Knife: Arlington Heights PD Blotter
The man fled on foot westbound after robbing the Motel 6 on Algonquin Road, according to police.

Anthony Bardwell, 60, is accused of aggravated battery (strangulation), and was arrested April 10 in the 400 block of E. Seegers Road. He was released and assigned a court date of May 13.
VIOLATION OF NO STALKING ORDER

Melissa A. Foy, 55, is accused of violating a no stalking/contact order, and was arrested April 10 in the 400 block of N. Kennicott Avenue. A court date of May 3 was assigned.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT
Kevin M. Kelly, 37, is accused of disorderly conduct, and was arrested April 8 at Dick's Sporting Goods, 401 E. Palatine Road. He was released and assigned a court date of April 24.
VIOLATION OF BAIL BOND
Allison M. Mainhart, 32, had two warrants for violation of bail bond, and was arrested April 10 in the 400 block of E. Seegers Road.

INCIDENTS
RETAIL THEFT
An employee at Kohl's, 800 W. Dundee Road, reported at 3:30 p.m. April 3, someone stole a vacuum cleaner valued at $449. The male was around 40 years old, wearing a light blue jacket and black hat. They left in a black Nissan Altima.
ARMED ROBBERY
An employee of Motel 6, 441 W. Algonquin Road, reported at 11:18 p.m. April 5, someone had jumped over the counter brandishing a knife and stole approximately $1,500 in cash from the register. The man fled on foot westbound on Algonquin Road. He was between 25 and 45 years old, wearing a black hoodie, gray/black pants, black shoes, ski mask and black gloves.
CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY
A resident in the 600 block of W. Park Street called police at 10 p.m. April 7, to report five juveniles had damaged his garage door. The group left the area in a gray minivan.
VANDALISM
A complainant reported at 11 p.m. April 7, someone threw eggs at her car at Ivy Hill School, 2211 N. Burke Drive. They left in a blue BMW.
