Mane Event-Taste of Arlington Coming Up Next Weekend

Take it to the streets on Friday, August 8 and Saturday, August 9 for the Mane Event on Friday followed by the Taste of Arlington Heights on Saturday. The bookend events both occur on Vail and Campbell in Downtown, and they combine to make one of the biggest weekend celebrations of the summer. This block-party styled weekend showcases live music from favorite local bands, wonderful food from local restaurants, and kids’ entertainment.

Mane Event ( yes, it is spelled M-A-N-E in reference to a horse’s mane) and the Taste of Arlington weekend kick’s off Million Week in celebration of the upcoming Arlington Million, the premier race event held at Arlington International Racecourse on Saturday, August 16. Activities will be held at the Racetrack during the week leading up to the Arlington Million.

The Taste of Arlington is from Noon - 11 PM at Vail & Campbell
Noon - 6 PM : Local entertainment
