Meth Dealer Nabbed For Drug Possession: Arlington Heights PD Blotter
The Arlington Heights resident is accused of aggravated delivery of methamphetamine, four counts of possession of a controlled substance.

Jaime Garay, Jr., 19, of the 10 block of Oak Creek Drive, Buffalo Grove, is accused of battery, and was arrested at 11:15 a.m. March 19, at the Arlington Heights Police Department. He was released and assigned a court date of April 11.
POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

- Michael P. McWherter, 31, of the 500 block of E. Seegers Road, Arlington Heights, is accused of aggravated delivery of methamphetamine, four counts of possession of a controlled substance, and was arrested at 6:33 p.m. March 18, in the 1900 block of S. Arlington Heights Road. A court date of April 16 was assigned.
- Eric C. Oberfranc, 30, of the 500 block of E. Seegers Road, Arlington Heights, is accused of possession of a controlled substance, had two warrants for violation of bail bond, and was arrested at 5:55 p.m. March 17, in the 2100 block of S. Goebbert Road, Arlington Heights. He was released and assigned a court date of March 20.
ILLEGAL BURNING
Maksim Mykhaylets, 23, of the 100 block of N. Dryden Place, Arlington Heights, is accused of illegal burning, and was arrested at 8 p.m. March 14, in the 800 block of W. Dundee Road. He was released and assigned a court date of April 8.
RETAIL THEFT
Jodi B. Shachter, 55, of the 400 block of Saddlebrook Lane, Vernon Hills, is accused of retail theft, criminal trespass to land, and was arrested at 3:15 p.m. March 19, at the Arlington Heights Police Department. She was released and assigned a court date of April 4.
