Neurologist joins NCH Medical Group
Dr. Khazaei specializes in general neurology and dementia care
Northwest Community Healthcare (NCH) Medical Group is pleased to welcome neurologist, Shayan Khazaei, M.D. Dr. Khazaei specializes in general neurology and dementia care and will see patients at two NCH locations (1051 N Rand Rd. in Arlington Heights and 15 S McHenry Rd in Buffalo Grove).
Dr. Khazaei earned his medical degree from University of Illinois College of Medicine in Rockford. He served his residency and internship at Albert Einstein College of Medicine-Bronx (New York) and his fellowship at Yale University School of Medicine (Connecticut).
