New Spring Schedule at JAI Yoga Studio

Preparing your body for the glorious summer ahead? Take a peek at our new schedule to find the perfect way to get healthy for summer!

We have recently updated our yoga class schedule for spring and have added some new class offerings and times to the schedule. Yoga is the perfect way to get your body ready for the busy summer months while helping yourself focus and find balance. While practicing yoga, you will become more aware about your own body’s posture as you work on alignment and movement. This will help you as you move through life and even as you engage in summer’s fun activities. Plus, you will learn how to take that time for you and attain more peace. We can help you find your own individual life’s path toward a healthy lifestyle mind, body and soul with yoga! For those new to yoga, we have multiple Beginner Yoga classes to choose from.
