Palatine Man Nabbed For Commercial Burglary, Retail Theft: Police
The 20-year-old was arrested on felony charges from three separate incidents, according to police.

PALATINE, IL — A Palatine man has been charged with multiple felonies stemming from two different incidents last month. Jaylin A. Glenn, 20, of the 800 block of E. Lilly Lane, is due back in court on Jan. 17.
Police said Glenn was taken into custody on Dec. 16, 2024, after an incident in the 1100 block of N. Rohlwing Road. He was charged with trespassing to state supported land, obstructing a peace officer, and reckless conduct.
When he was taken into custody, police reportedly found he was in possession of proceeds from a retail theft on Nov. 24 in the 700 block of E. Dundee Road. He was charged with felony retail theft in that incident. A further investigation found Glenn as a burglary suspect from a Dec. 1 incident, for which he was charged with felony burglary.

Following a Dec. 27 detention hearing, Glenn was ordered to be detained to the Cook County Department of Corrections until his next court date.
