Pedestrian Hit, Killed By Car In Arlington Heights: Medical Examiner
A 42-year-old Palatine woman was walking on West Rand Road and Chestnut Avenue early Sunday morning when she was hit.
ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — A Palatine woman died from blunt force injuries sustained when she was hit by a car while walking early Sunday morning in Arlington Heights. Laura Farinosi, 42, was pronounced dead at 1:18 a.m., according to the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office.
The incident occurred at West Rand Road and Chestnut Avenue.
