Inbound and outbound train movement remains halted Friday night.

MOUNT PROSPECT, IL — A pedestrian was struck by a Metra train Friday night near Mount Prospect. The incident, which happened at around 8:30 p.m., is causing train delays, according to Metra.
As of 9:37 p.m., inbound and outbound train movement remains halted between Mount Prospect and Cumberland. The train involved in the incident is No. 657, according to Metra.
