Physician joins NCH Medical Group

Northwest Community Healthcare (NCH) Medical Group is pleased to welcome Diana Plata, M.D. Dr. Plata has an interest in Comprehensive Weight Management and Sleep Medicine. She has already begun seeing patients at 1410 N Arlington Heights Rd, in Arlington Heights.

Dr. Plata graduated from Rush University Medical College. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine and additional fellowship training in Sleep Medicine at Rush. Dr. Plata is board certified in Internal Medicine and Obesity Medicine.

Dr. Plata is fluent in Spanish and English.
