Pizzeria Employees Accused Of Selling Alcohol To Minors: Blotter

- Ryan C. Alexander, 30, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested at 1:21 a.m. Aug. 4. He was released on a $1,000 bond and assigned a court date of Sept. 10 in Rolling Meadows.
- Alma Delia De La Paz, 44, is accused of driving under the influence of drugs, and was arrested at 7:12 a.m. Aug. 4 at Party City, 111 W Rand Road. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Sept. 10 in Rolling Meadows was assigned.
- Ismael Flores-Ocampo, 43, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested at 3:54 p.m. July 31 in the 2000 block of E Hintz Road. His bond was set at $1,000 and he was assigned a court date of Aug. 26 in Rolling Meadows.
- James G. Guerra, 48, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content level more than .08, and was arrested at 10 p.m. July 31. His bond was set at $2,000 and he was assigned a court date of Aug. 16 in Rolling Meadows.
- Vitaliy Kuzma, 37, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested at 2:32 a.m. Aug. 6. Bond was set at $1,000 and a court date of Sept. 10 was assigned in Rolling Meadows.
- Israel Lopez Orduno, 37, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content level over .08, and was arrested at 3 a.m. Aug. 1, at Red Roof Inn, 22 W Algonquin Road. His bond was set at $2,000 and he was assigned a court date of Aug. 16 in Rolling Meadows.
- Leonardo Miranda Aguiar, 50, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested at 1:58 a.m. Aug. 2, in the 2100 block of S Arlington Heights Road. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of Aug. 26.
- Daniel W Scherer, 35, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested at 3:58 a.m. Aug. 1, in the 1800 block of S Arlington Heights Road. His bond was set at $1,000 and he was assigned a court date of Aug. 26.
- Kiara M. Vergan, 22, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content level over .08, and was arrested at 1:52 a.m. Aug. 2, in the 500 block of W Rand Road. Her bond was set at $6,000 and she was assigned a court date of Aug. 26.
ASSAULT
Brian Baker, 40, is accused of assault, and was arrested at 9:05 p.m. Aug. 4 in the 500 block of Victoria Lane. He was assigned a court date of Aug. 5.

POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE
Krista Deutsch, 40, is accused of possession of a controlled substance, and was arrested at 5:13 p.m. July 30, in the 900 block of W Rand Road. His bond was set at $5,000 and he was assigned a court date of Sept. 2 in Rolling Meadows.
BATTERY
Sang Min Lee, 42, is accused of battery/making physical contact, obstructing identification, assault, and was arrested at 9:10 p.m. Aug. 4, in the 0-10 block of S Evergreen Avenue. A court date of Sept. 2 was assigned in Rolling Meadows.
CAUSING CHILD TO BE ENDANGERED
Francisco Mendoza Navarro, 45, is accused of causing a child to be endangered, driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested at 11:56 p.m. July 30, at S New Wilke Road and W Orchard. His bond was set at $2,000 and he was assigned a court date of Aug. 26.
FACILITATING USE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES BY UNDERAGE PEOPLE
- Gabriella C. Bongiorno, 18, is accused of facilitating the use of alcoholic beverages by underage persons at commercial premises, and was issued a citation at 2:15 p.m. Aug. 4, at Armand's Pizzeria, 101 W Campbell. She was assigned a court date of Sept. 14 at an Adjudicatory Hearing in the Village Hall.
- Peter Favia, 56, is accused of facilitating the use of alcoholic beverages by underage persons at commercial premises, and was issued a citation at 2:15 p.m. Aug. 4 at Armand's Pizzeria, 101 W Campbell St. He was assigned a court date of Sept. 14 at an Adjudicatory Hearing in the Village Hall.
- Zeynep N. Orhan, 21, is accused of facilitating the use of alcoholic beverages by underage persons at commercial premises, and was issued a citation at 5:10 p.m. Aug. 4, at Arlington Ale House, 111 W Campbell St. A court date of Sept. 14 was assigned at an Adjudicatory Hearing in the Village Hall.
