Police Seek Suspect Who Climbed Through Window, Sexually Assaulted Woman: Police

The sexual assault occurred Thursday in Arlington Heights.

Police are looking for a man who is accused of climbing through an unlocked window on Thursday and sexually assaulting a woman in Arlington Heights, police said.

The attack occurred at about 10:40 p.m. at the victim’s home in the area of Central Road and Dwyer Avenue, according to an Arlington Heights Police Department press release. The victim was transported to Northwest Community Hospital where she was being treated.

Police have no further description available of the male suspect, according to the news release.

The public is asked to contact police if they have any information that could lead to the arrest of the suspect. Up to a $1,000 reward is available.
