FREE Workshop: Preventing Knee Injuries in Youth Athletes

Join the Elite Soccer Community Organization (ESCO) May 19th, 7PM at Arlington Heights Village Hall Community Room for a FREE workshop!

The Elite Soccer Community Organization (ESCO) is hosting a FREE workshop, "Preventing Knee Injuries in Youth Athletes" on Thursday, May 19th, 7-8 PM, in the Community Room (3rd Floor) of Arlington Heights Village Hall, 33 S. Arlington Heights Road.

The presentation will be led by Cristina Nistler MS, ATC of Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago. The topics discussed will include:

  • How ACL injuries occur
  • Why girls are at a higher risk of injury
  • Neuromuscular training programs
  • Lots of demos of exercises to prevent knee injury you can do at home!
