Railroad Crossing in Arlington Heights to Close in October
The closure will begin on Oct. 5.

A temporary road closure is planned by Union Pacific at the railroad crossing on Walnut Street in Arlington Heights from Monday, October 5 to October 19.
This closure is necessary in order to ensure continued safety along the Metra Northwest line.
A traffic control plan will be in place to re-direct vehicles on a detour route.
