Reckless Firearm Discharge, Domestic Battery: Arlington Heights Police Blotter
Police also reported DUI arrests, theft charges and arrests on warrants during the past week.

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — A man charged with reckless discharge of a firearm and another accused of domestic battery are among the latest arrests reported by the Arlington Heights Police Department.
The following information comes from Arlington Heights Police Department reports. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt.
Reckless Discharge Of A Firearm
Michael William Reece Jr., 52, of Arlington Heights, was arrested at 7:34 p.m. Sept. 14, at his home in the 1200 block of West Hintz Road and charged with reckless discharge of a firearm. His next court date was scheduled for Oct. 2 in Rolling Meadows.

Domestic Battery
Devlan A. Burns, 31, of Arlington Heights, was arrested at 12:30 p.m. Sept. 12, in the 2400 block of North Kennicott Avenue and charged with domestic battery. A detention hearing was scheduled for Sept. 15 in Rolling Meadows.
Retail Theft, Assault
Martin R. Zwikel, 48, of Arlington Heights, was arrested at 12:03 p.m. Sept. 17, in the 2100 block of North Arlington Heights Road. Police records list charges including retail theft, assault, resisting or obstructing a peace officer and violation of bail bond. A detention hearing was scheduled for Sept. 18 in Rolling Meadows.

DUI
Steven Alvarez, 24, of Franklin Park, was arrested at 3:56 a.m. Sept. 13, near Arlington Heights and Euclid roads and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol concentration of .08 or more. He was cited and released and given an Oct. 5 court date in Rolling Meadows.
DUI
Silvia I. Grigorova, 44, of Rolling Meadows, was arrested at 3:51 a.m. Sept. 12, near Route 53 and Palatine Road and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. She was cited and released and given an Oct. 23 court date in Rolling Meadows.
Theft
Amanda M. Boyce, 36, of Palatine, was arrested at 2:36 p.m. Sept. 15, in the 300 block of West Rand Road and charged with theft from a building. She was cited and released and given an Oct. 13 adjudication date.
Warrant Arrest
Gina M. Perry, 37, of Woodstock, was arrested at 7:06 p.m. Sept. 16, in the 100 block of West Rand Road on two in-state warrants charging violation of bail bond. Police records list her as being held without bond.
Warrant Arrest
Jasmyne S. Smith, 34, of Chicago, was arrested at 4 p.m. Sept. 17, in the 1000 block of West Rand Road on an in-state warrant charging violation of bail bond. Police records list her as being held without bond.
