Resident Charged With Resisting Arrest: Arlington Heights PD Blotter

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — The following information comes from the Arlington Heights Police Department and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. ARRESTS

CRIMINAL TRESPASS TO REAL PROPERTY

• Jonathan Arment, 26, homeless, is accused of criminal trespass to real property, and was arrested at 12 p.m. May 21, in the 1400 block of W. Dundee Road. He was released and assigned a court date of June 9.
• Carlos Martinez, 39, homeless, is accused of criminal trespass to real property, and was arrested at 12 p.m. May 21, in the 1400 block of W. Dundee Road. He was released and assigned a court date of June 9.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL

Jaime R. Chagoya-Mendez, 30, of the 500 block of S. Carol Lane, Mount Prospect, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving on a revoked license, illegal transportation of alcoholic liquor, and was arrested at 3:27 p.m. May 17, in the 600 block of E. Golf Road, Arlington Heights. He was released and assigned a court date of June 18.

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH A COURT ORDER

Christopher V. Magiet, 38, of the 300 block of S. Wilke Avenue, Arlington Heights, had a warrant for two counts of failure to comply with a court order, and was arrested at 2:51 p.m. May 18, in the 700 block of S. Dwyer Avenue.

OPERATING AN UNINSURED MOTOR VEHICLE

Farruh Sabyrov, 27, of the 1700 block of Forest Cove Drive, Mount Prospect, is accused of speeding (26 to 34 mph over the speed limit), squealing/screeching tires, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and was arrested at 9:06 p.m. May 16, at Arlington Heights and Seegers roads. He was released and assigned a court date of June 12.

RESISTING A PEACE OFFICER

William A. Schulze, 49, of the 300 block of W. Rand Road, Arlington Heights, is accused of resisting a peace officer, and was arrested at 10:18 p.m. May 17, in the 300 block of W. Rand Road. He was released and assigned a court date of June 11.
