Schaumburg Boomers Unveil 2026 Home Schedule With 53 Games, Fireworks And Drone Shows

The team, which is under new owners, said the expanded promo schedule is intended to build on 4 straight seasons of attendance records.

SCHAUMBURG, IL — It's going to be a busy season on the baseball diamond for the Schaumburg Boomers this summer.

The local MLB Partner League professional baseball team will play 53 home games, 19 post-game fireworks shows and five themed drone shows at Wintrust Field. The Boomers are also entering the season, which begins on Friday on the road at Lake Erie, under new ownership in REV Entertainment.

The team said the expanded promotional schedule is intended to build on four straight seasons of attendance records. Among the scheduled highlights is a July 4 fireworks show, along with giveaways and themed nights planned throughout the summer. The promotional lineup also includes nights recognizing educators, first responders and military members.

Tickets for the 2026 season are now on sale at BoomersBaseball.com. The team lists several pricing options, with lawn tickets starting at $12 and reserved and ADA seating at $16. Premium seating includes the Jim Beam Club and Goose Island Section 312, both for guests 21 and older, at $25. The All-You-Can-SEATS ticket is listed at $69 and includes unlimited food and drinks in a designated seating area. Stadium parking is free for game attendees.

The Boomers also said they plan to continue community partnerships with local schools, libraries and philanthropic organizations. According to the team, that effort includes opening the stadium for events beyond baseball and hosting the Village of Schaumburg Independence Day Celebration and Fireworks Show, along with other community events during the year.

The Boomers play at Wintrust Field, 1999 S. Springinsguth Rd., in Schaumburg. The team began play in May 2012 and has won Frontier League championships in 2013, 2014, 2017 and 2021, according to the team background included in the announcement. The organization also said it was named Frontier League Organization of the Year in 2013, 2016, 2017 and 2021.

Jamie Bennett has managed the team since its inaugural 2012 season, according to the team. The Boomers said the 2026 season will include a full schedule of games, promotions, group packages and season ticket options.
