Spanish Speaking Interpersonal Therapy Group

Feeling dissatisfied or frustrated within your relationships? Join the Spanish-Speaking Interpersonal Group at Guided Path Psychological Services. Members will begin to explore their roles within relationships while practicing new skills to support connectedness and healthier communication with peers and loved ones. Themes explored by the group will include, but may not be limited to communication and relationship patterns, healthy boundaries, gender differences and emotional regulation.

This group is ideal for participants who are ages 25 and over.
