Lou’s Pizza Factory is a new Arlington Heights’ restaurant which took over the location of the old 30’sPizza Factory, boasting a fresh menu with Italian favorites, including gluten free items. ‘Everything we make is homemade. We truly have something for everyone, from our delicious pizzas, pastas, sandwiches and calzones; to our all-you-can-eat crab legs, our gluten-free menu and famous, 1 carb guilt-free pizza,” said co-owner, Jeffery Staadt.
