Rescheduling: Super Skillful Self Care September 23
Join us for another afternoon of affirming your self care and taking some much needed time for you. Learn self care practices to take home.

***We will be rescheduling this workshop for another date. We are exploring a date for a new workshop, Exploring the Benefits of Journaling. We will learn about journaling and its applications in regards to self care, organization, easing stress, calming your mind, exploring and manifesting goal and more.
We have a selection of potential dates, so if this speaks to you -- please let us know which works:
