Teen Accused Of Battering Hospital Nurse: Arlington Heights PD Blotter

ARRESTS

VIOLATION OF BAIL BOND

Destiny M. Blissit, 25, had a warrant for violation of bail bond, and was arrested at 10:53 a.m. June 3, at Red Roof Inn, 20-30 block of W. Algonquin Road. Bond was $3,000.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

• Adriana Bueno Corona, 31, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, unlawful possession of a cannabis by a driver, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and was arrested at 1:46 a.m. June 7, at E. Rand Road and N. Beverly Lane. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of June 27 was assigned.
• Zuriel M. Johnson, 25, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and was arrested at 2:17 a.m. June 6, at E. Hintz and N. Arlington Heights roads. Bond was set at $1,000 and a court date of June 27 was assigned.
• Amir Nahhas, 30, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration level of .08 or more, illegal transportation of alcoholic liquor by driver, and was arrested at 3:24 a.m. June 4, at W. Palatine Road and N. Kennicott Avenue. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of June 27 was assigned.
• Alberto Ojeda Cortes, 45, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested at 5:12 p.m. June 8, in the 400 block of E. Rand Road. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of July 15 was assigned.

DOMESTIC BATTERY

Lorridy Cruz Flores, 20, is accused of domestic battery, and was arrested at 10:21 a.m. June 6, in the 1100 block of E. Algonquin Road. Bond was set at $10,000 and a court date of June 29 was assigned.

POSSESSION WITH INTENT TO MANUFACTURE/DELIVER A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

Arthur Giernalczyk, 22, is accused of possession with intent to manufacture/deliver a controlled substance (more than 15 grams of heroin), fleeing/attempting to elude police, and was arrested at 11:27 a.m. June 9, in the 200 block of N. Parkway. Bond was set at $20,000 and a court date of July 11 was assigned.

NO DRIVER'S LICENSE

Allen C. Maddox, 31, is accused of no driver's license, and was arrested at 9:17 p.m. June 9, in the 2000 block of S. Arlington Heights Road. Bond was set at $2,500 and a court date of July 21 was assigned.

BATTERY

Diamond Patrice Steward, 18, is accused of two counts of aggravated battery of a nurse, and was arrested at 6:23 p.m. June 5, at Northwest Community Healthcare Hospital, 800 block of W. Central Road. Bond was set at $20,000 and a court date of July 1 was assigned.

POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

Alexsandr Volkov, 36, is accused of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and had two warrants for violation of bail bond, and was arrested at 1:41 a.m. June 9, in the 300 block of S. Wilke Road. Bond was set at $20,000 and a court date of June 27 was assigned.
