Testimony: Gloria Weinke Died of Cancer, Not Fall

In the sixth day of a murder trial for an Arlington Heights man, a forensic pathologist testified Gloria Weinke died of cancer not of injuries from a fall caused when, prosecutors said, Wayne Weinke Jr. threw her down the stairs at The Moorings in Arlington Heights, according to the Daily Herald.

After having an argument over Gloria Weinke's will, Wayne Weinke, 57, is accused of throwing his mom down the stairs on July 18, 2006 and Gloria Weinke died a few months later, according to the Daily Herald.

Testimony is expected to continue today in the case, according to the article.
