ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — The following information comes from the Arlington Heights Police Department and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. Criminal charges represent accusations by the state and are often dropped or reduced. Updated information may be available from the Cook County Clerk of the Circuit Court.

DOMESTIC BATTERY

  • Kenneth W. Bielecki, 39, of Arlington Heights, was accused of domestic battery and was arrested at 1:25 p.m. May 30. He is scheduled to appear in court on June 11.
  • Amanda I. Hoglund, 28, of Arlington Heights, was accused of domestic battery, bodily harm and was arrested at 9:22 p.m. May 27. She was scheduled to appear in court on May 28.
  • Aleksandra R. Murczek, 27, of Arlington Heights, was accused of domestic battery/physical contact and was arrested at 3 p.m. May 28.

ORDER OF PROTECTION VIOLATION

Scott T. Smith, 41, of Dyer, Indiana, was accused of violating an order of protection and was arrested at noon, May 30 in Arlington Heights.

AGGRAVATED DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

Marcin Pranika, 43, of the 300 block of Aqua Court, Vernon Hills, was accused of aggravated driving under the influence, not having driver's license, driving with a revoked and suspended license, and was arrested at 11:30 p.m. May 31 at Arlington Heights and Palatine Roads.

RETAIL THEFT

Youshia Benyamin, 67, of the 6400 block of North California Avenue, Chicago, was accused at 8:23 p.m. May 23 of retail theft at Lowe's 990 West Algonquin Road. Benyamin was given a court date of June 29.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

  • Eulalio Sinaca-Chapol, 42, of the 14,000 block of Center Avenue, Harvey, was accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving on a suspended/revoked license and was arrested at 9:39 p.m. May 23 in the 1400 block of East Hintz Road. A court date was set for July 16.
  • Jeffrey M. Feaster, 28, of the 7500 block of W Addison, Chicago, was accused of driving under the influence of drugs at 3:14 a.m. May 28 and was arrested in the 400 block of West Algonquin Road. He was given a court date of June 18.
  • Daniel J. Giguere, 35, of the 600 block of N Deer Run Drive, Palatine, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol and was arrested at 5:32 a.m. May 17 in the 2000 block of S Arlington Heights Road. A court date was set for June 18.

DRIVING ON A SUSPENDED/REVOKED LICENSE

James R. Phillips, 54, of the 30o block of W. Miner Street, Arlington Heights, was accused of driving with a suspended/revoked license and was arrested at 2:54 p.m. May 24 at E Northwest Highway. He was given a court date of June 19.

RESIST PEACE OFFICER

Tyron Duante Davis, 23, of the 900 block of N Waller Ave., Chicago, was accused of resisting a peace officer and was arrested at 4:45 a.m. May 25 in the 700 block of E Falcon Drive. He was given a court date of June 19.

FIREARM WITHOUT FOID CARD

Michael A. Pecora, 65, of the 2600 block of N Winsdor Drive, was accused of owning a firearm without a valid Firearm Owners Identification card, illegal possession of ammunition, and was arrested at 3:04 p.m. May 28. A court date was set for June 26.
