Unauthorized Delivery Of Fugitive Arrest: Arlington Heights PD Blotter
The accused had an in-state warrant and no bond was granted in the case, according to police.

George S. Azo, 36, had an in-state warrant for unauthorized delivery of a fugitive, and was arrested at 5:26 p.m. Nov. 10, in the 1200 block of S New Wilke Road. There was no bond in the case.

Agnes Ciastkowski, 41, is accused of leaving the scene of an accident, driving on a revoked license, and was arrested at 3 p.m. Nov. 15, at Palatine and Rand roads. She was released and assigned a court date of Dec. 15.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE
- Juan A. Constanza Hernandez, 30, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration level of .08 or more, illegal transportation of alcohol by a driver, and was arrested at 9:29 p.m. Nov. 12, at Rand and Wilke roads. He was released and assigned a court date of Dec. 8.
- Julio Cesar Hurtado Molina, 36, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration level of .08 or more, and was arrested at 2:18 a.m. Nov. 14, in the 2200 block of S. Arlington Heights Road. He was released and assigned a court date of Dec. 8.
CRIMINAL TRESPASS TO A BUILDING
James C. Downey, 65, is accused of criminal trespass to a building, and was arrested at 4:32 p.m. Nov. 15, at The Residences, 2140 S. Goebbert Road. He was released and assigned a court date of Dec. 8.
THEFT
Turhan Erel, 50, is accused of theft (over $500), and was arrested at 8:41 a.m. Nov. 15, in the 300 block of N. Salem Avenue. He was held for a detention hearing and was due in court on Nov. 17.
