Unauthorized Fugitive Delivery Arrest: Arlington Heights PD Blotter

A 48-year-old man had an in-state warrant for burglary and an out-of-state warrant for six counts of unauthorized delivery of a fugitive.

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — The following information comes from the Arlington Heights Police Department and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. Adam J. Andrade, 21, is accused of criminal trespass to property, and was arrested at 11:07 p.m. June 19, at Arlington Park, 2200 W. Euclid Ave. A court date of Aug. 2 was assigned.

DOMESTIC BATTERY

  • Justin P. Harding, 22, is accused of domestic battery, and was arrested at 2:38 a.m. June 18, in the 3200 block of N. Volz Drive. Bond was set at $10,000 and a court date of June 23 was assigned.
  • Lech Piotrowski, 37, is accused of domestic battery, and was arrested at 4:05 p.m. June 19, in the 2400 block of N. Kennicott Drive. Bond was set at $5,000 and a court date of July 11 was assigned.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

  • Sidney J. Mennie, 19, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI with a blood alcohol concentration level of .08 or more, speeding 26-34 mph over the limit, and was arrested at 2:08 a.m. June 21, in the 30 block of W. Rand Road. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of July 26 was assigned.
  • Marc A. Trevino, 26, is accused of aggravated driving under the influence, DUI, DUI with a blood alcohol concentration level of .08 or more, and was arrested at 8:20 a.m. June 20, at N. Haddow Avenue and E. Euclid Avenue. Bond was set at $50,000 and a court date of July 17 was assigned.

RETAIL THEFT

  • Aaliyah Chanelle M. Ratliff, 21, is accused of retail theft, and was arrested at 12:37 p.m. June 20, at Lenscrafters, 450 E. Rand Road. Bond was set at $25,000 and a court date of July 12 was assigned.
  • Lakisha W. Wilson, 50, is accused of retail theft, and was arrested at 12:30 p.m. June 20, at Lenscrafters, 450 W. Rand Road. Bond was set at $30,000 and a court date of July 12 was assigned.

DRIVING ON A SUSPENDED LICENSE

Adriana Salgado, 36, is accused of driving on a suspended license, operation of an uninsured motor vehicle, and was arrested at 8:20 p.m. June 21, at N. Arlington Heights and W. Dundee roads. Bond was set at $2,500 and a court date of Aug. 1 was assigned.

BURGLARY

John M. Signorile, 48, had an in-state warrant for burglary, an out-of-state warrant for six counts of unauthorized delivery of a fugitive, and was arrested at 7:33 p.m. June 20, at Kohl's, 800 W. Dundee Road.
