Vehicles, Office Broken Into At Business: Arlington Heights PD Blotter
A mobile storage unit was also entered at the business in the 300 block of W. Campus Drive, according to police.

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — The following information comes from the Arlington Heights Police Department and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. - Dawn S. Aleman, 64, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration level of .08 or more, leaving the scene of an accident, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and was arrested Dec. 31 in the 1400 block of S. Busse Road. She was released and assigned a court date of Feb. 1.
- Eric Klepitsch, 33, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration level of .08 or more, and was arrested Jan. 4 in the 1000 block of S. Arlington Heights Road. He was released and assigned a court date of Jan. 25.
VIOLATION OF BAIL BOND
Alexander D. Charlie-Allen, 33, had an in-state warrant for violation of bail bond, and was arrested Jan. 2 at Red Roof Inn, 22 W. Algonquin Road.

LEAVING THE SCENE OF AN ACCIDENT
Jesus J. Flores, 30, is accused of leaving the scene of a car accident, and was arrested Dec. 31 in the 90 block of W. Algonquin Road. He was released and assigned a court date of Jan. 26.
UNAUTHORIZED DELIVERY OF A FUGITIVE
Marian Sfetcu, 35, had an out-of-state warrant for unauthorized delivery of a fugitive, and was arrested Jan. 3 in the 1400 block of W. Dundee Road. There was no bond granted in the case.

INCIDENTS
RETAIL THEFT
- An employee at Dick's Sporting Goods, 401 E. Palatine Road, reported at 4:15 p.m. Dec. 18, someone stole approximately $5,300 worth of winter jackets and hats. The subject was described as a black female wearing a white/cream-colored winter jacket with fur around the hood, gray beanie style winter hat, black sweatshirt, black pants and multicolored sneakers. The subject left in a blue Infiniti sedan.
- An employee at Walgreens, 235 E. Palatine Road, called police at 4:04 p.m. Dec. 22, to report someone placed six or seven bottles of alcohol in a DSW bag and left without paying. The subject was described as a black male in his 30s, wearing a red jacket, black pants, white shoes and a blue surgical mask. The subject left in a compact white Chevy SUV.
THEFT OF MOTOR VEHICLE PARTS
A resident in the 1500 block of E. Central Road called police to report someone stole the catalytic converter off her 2018 Hyundai between Dec. 18 and Dec. 19.
CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO VEHICLE
A complainant reported at 3:30 a.m. Dec. 19, several subjects smashed the rear passenger window on his 2021 Dodge while it was parked at Suburban Studios, 2120 S. Arlington Heights Road. Video surveillance showed the subjects arrived in an unknown white four-door vehicle.
THEFT
A resident in the 1500 block of E. Central Road reported at 10 p.m. Dec. 21, someone stole an Amazon package from the vestibule.
BURGLARY
An employee of ABC Plumbing, 306 W. Campus Drive, reported that between Dec. 23 and Dec. 24, someone broke into three vehicles, a mobile storage unit and the office building.
