Village Manager Gets 3% Raise From Arlington Heights Trustees

The increase puts Randy Recklaus' salary at a little more than $190,000.

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — The village manager has been given a 3-percent pay increase by board trustees, the Daily Herald reports.

The salary for Randy Recklaus is now $190,035, the report stated. He received a 2.5-percent raise in 2015, the report added.

Along with his pay increase, Recklaus also received a one-time contribution of $5,535 to a deferred compensation retirement account, the Herald reports.

Recklaus was hired as village manager in November of 2014, and his salary raises are contingent on annual performance reviews conducted during closed meetings with the village board, the report stated. His contract expires in November of 2018.
