ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — The following information comes from the Arlington Heights Police Department and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. VIOLATION OF STALKING/NO CONTACT ORDER

Angelo C. Anastasof, 45, is accused of violation of stalking/no contact order, unlawful possession of firearms/ammunition, and was arrested at 4:19 p.m. July 5, at Kirchoff and Central roads. Bond was set at $10,000 and a court date of July 27 was assigned.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

Brandon T. Biondo, 26, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI with a blood alcohol concentration level of .08 or more, and was arrested at 12:23 a.m. July 6, in the 100 block of Palatine Road. Bond was set at $1,000 and a court date of Aug. 2 was assigned.

BATTERY

  • Quinn R. McKenna, 23, is accused of aggravated battery, and was arrested at 4:54 p.m. July 2, at Sullivan Buick GMC, 777 W. Dundee Road. Bond was set at $100,000 and a court date of Aug. 4 was assigned.
  • Alberto Robles, 29, is accused of battery, and was arrested at 11:50 a.m. June 30, at Frontier Park, 1933 N. Kennicott Drive. A court date of Aug. 2 was assigned.

VIOLATION OF BOND

  • David A. Rodriguez, 40, had an in-state warrant for violation of bail bond, and was arrested at 8:25 a.m. July 6, at E. Algonquin Road and S. Tonne Drive. Bond was set at $3,000. A future court date in DuPage County was to be determined at the time of the report.
  • Diana D. Rodriguez, 47, had an in-state warrant for violation of bail bond, and was arrested at 4:54 p.m. July 6, at Red Roof Inn, 22 W. Algonquin Road. Bond was set at $10,000.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS TO REAL PROPERTY

A 64-year-old man is accused of criminal trespass to real property, and was cited at 8:39 a.m. July 2, in the 900 block of N. Chestnut Avenue. He was released and was assigned a court date of Aug. 8.
