Arlington Heights 4th of July Fireworks: When and Where to Watch Them
Plus, information on the other ways the village is celebrating Independence Day in 2016.
Arlington Heights, IL—Touted as a show that would make George Washington proud, the Independence Day pyrotechnics display for the village will once again be at Arlington International Racecourse.
Fireworks will be just after dusk—at about 9:30 p.m.—on Sunday, July 3, at the race track. Chicago Cubs public address announcer will perform the national anthem before the show.
During the day, the track also will hold a variety of Fourth of July activities that day, beginning at 3 p.m. That includes face painting and live music that runs until 9 p.m.

Tickets for Sunday's celebration are $20 and $4 for children. The race track also has a variety of special fireworks viewing options that range in price from $25 to $60.
