The lane closures are part of continues working to rebuild bridges over I-90.

Submitted by the Illinois Tollway

Lane closures on Wolf Road in Des Plaines and on Arlington Heights Road in Elk Grove Village are scheduled in October as work continues to rebuild the bridges carrying the Jane Addams Memorial Tollway (I-90) over these local roads. This work is part of the I-90 Rebuilding and Widening Project scheduled to be complete in 2016.

Electronic message signs will be put in place in advance on each of the local roadways to alert drivers to the scheduled lane closures. All work is weather dependent. The closures are necessary to accommodate the construction of new lanes in each direction on I-90. All local roads will remain open to traffic throughout construction.
