Woman Endangers Child While Fleeing Cops: Arlington Heights PD Blotter

The Chicago resident is also accused of forgery and driving with a suspended registration, according to police.

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — The following information comes from the Arlington Heights Police Department and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. Criminal charges represent accusations by the state and are often dropped or reduced. Updated information may be available from the Cook County Clerk of the Circuit Court.

  • Yeison U. Lopez Arias, 23, of the 300 block of E. Seegers Road, Arlington Heights, is accused of endangering the life of a child, and was arrested at 9:10 p.m. April 3. He was released and assigned a court date of May 14.
  • Chanell J. Rush, 26, of the 5400 block of S. Honroe Street, Chicago, is accused of forgery, endangering the life of a child, two counts of fleeing a peace officer, operating a vehicle with a suspended registration, and was arrested at 11:08 a.m. March 28, in the 2100 block of Euclid Avenue, Rolling Meadows. She was released and assigned a court date of May 8.

HARASSMENT BY TELEPHONE

Steven L. Owsley, 36, of the 3100 block of N. Keating Avenue, Chicago, is accused of harassment by telephone with the intent to threaten, and was arrested at 6:52 p.m. April 2, at Algonquin Road and S. Embers Lane. He was released and assigned a court date of April 18.

VIOLATION OF BAIL BOND

Edgar I. Valenzuela Huitron, 21, of the 200 block of N. Kaspar Avenue, Arlington Heights, had a warrant for violation of bail bond, and was arrested at 4:23 p.m. March 31, in the 200 block of N. Kaspar Avenue, Arlington Heights.
