Woman Says She Was Sexually Assaulted in Arlington Heights Park: Police
The woman said she was sexually assaulted after falling asleep at the park.
Police are investigating a report made by a 33-year-old woman who said she was sexually assaulted on Aug. 1 after she fell asleep between 2:20 and 3 a.m. at Gateway Park, 200 E. Northwest Highway, according to the Daily Herald.
Police believe she was sleeping at the park with her boyfriend and the two met the offender earlier in the night, according to the article.
