AURORA, IL — A school bus carrying four students was T-boned May 1 at the intersection of Route 59 and Ogden Avenue, police said.
Officers were called to the busy intersection at 8:46 a.m. The preliminary investigation indicated a white Honda wrongly entered the intersection and hit the bus, spokesperson Jim Levicki told Patch Tuesday.
None of the students reported injuries. Levicki added that there were "no indications of serious injuries overall."
The Honda's airbags deployed, but the driver was able to exit the car, Levicki said.
The driver of the Honda was cited for disobeying a traffic control device. The car was towed from the scene.
