AURORA, IL — The Aurora Police Department turned to the community Monday morning for help locating a 16-year-old boy, who was reported missing Aug. 8.
Lesther Lopez-Rodriguez was last seen at about 3 p.m. Saturday in the 400 block of Pierce Street. The teen left his home with the intention of not returning, according to police.
Police described Lopez-Rodriguez as 5-foot-9 and about 140 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. It's unknown what he was wearing when he left home.
