Authorities shared his description, including clothing and height, and urged anyone with information to contact Aurora investigators by phone or email. The community's help is being sought urgently to bring the teen home safely.
   

• Kane County reports first human cases of west nile virus (thevoice.us) — Two Aurora residents have been hospitalized with the season's first reported human West Nile virus cases in Kane County, prompting a renewed call for mosquito-bite prevention. Health officials stress using EPA-approved repellents, wearing protective clothing, and eliminating standing water, especially for older adults or anyone with weakened immune systems who face higher risk of severe illness.
