• Celebrity chef Fabio Viviani bringing two new restaurants to Barrington (dailyherald.com) — Two new Fabio Viviani restaurants are headed to downtown Barrington, with BOCADO Tapas opening this fall at 133 Park Ave. and omakase-focused Retoro to follow downstairs in early 2027. Both spots aim to boost Barrington's growing dining scene with shareable tapas, bold cocktails, and an intimate chef-led Japanese experience right in the village center.
