Barrington Inches Closer to Fundraising Goal for New Splash Pad

The Barrington Junior Women’s Club is halfway to its fund-raising goal of $400,000 to build a new splash pad at Langendorf Park, 235 Lions Drive, according to the Barrington Courier-Review.
The 3,400-square-foot splash pad would feature 19 interactive water spray features, and, if the final $200,000 is raised by the end of this season, construction could get underway with the hopes of having the splash area open by next season, according to the article.
