Wanted: Art Sponsors!
This summer the South Barrington Park District is proud to present Art in the Park. This exciting new event is sure to inspire the artist in all of us! Tables full of art supplies will await the creative energy of the children of our community. Admission to this event is free, but pre-registered children will receive a special surprise at check-in. On-line registration is available at www.sbpd.net.
The event is scheduled for Sunday, July 17th from 1:00pm to 3:00pm at South Barrington’s Community Park, 8 Bridges Drive. The Park District is currently looking for organizations, businesses, families, subdivisions, clubs and community groups to host art centers. Hosts will develop a creative hands-on art project for the children, and will provide the supplies for the project. The Park District will supply tables and chairs for each host group.
