Old Time Radio Halloween Program

The McHenry County Historical Society and Museum hosts an Old Time Radio Halloween Program where visitors witness the broadcast of a 1939 radio show called "On the Air With Aunt Em." Audience members will be able to watch the behind-the-scenes action of the radio program, as well as hear first hand the warnings about local Halloween mischief. After the show refreshments will be served at the one-room school on the museum grounds, and participants can also join in telling ghost stories around the campfire.
