The Barrington Area Library holds a program called Pre-Civil War Quilts: Decoding the Past. Dr. Clarice Boswell will present on how runaway slaves used pre-Civil War quilts to get North. Quilts will also be on display and refreshments will be served. Registration is required to attend.
