2 Drivers Hospitalized After Crash At Randall Road, Mill Street: Batavia Police
A 65-year-old man is receiving advanced medical treatment as a result of injuries sustained in the crash, police said.
BATAVIA, IL — Two people were hospitalized following a crash Tuesday evening at the intersection of Randall Road and Mill Street, Batavia police said.
Police were called to the intersection at about 7:49 p.m. A Hyundai Elantra, driven by a 54-year-old woman, was struck in the intersection by a Chrysler Sebring, driven by a 65-year-old man.
The preliminary investigation revealed the Hyundai was heading south on Randall Road when it was struck by the Chrysler, which was attempting to turn onto westbound Mill Street from northbound Randall Road, according to police.

The driver of the Hyundai was treated for non-life-threatening injuries, while the driver of the Chrysler continues to receive advanced medical treatment, police said.
Both cars were towed from the scene. Police did not say if any citations were issued following the collision.
