Mom Drove Drunk With 4-Month-Old In Car: Cops
A Batavia mother faces aggravated DUI, child endangerment charges.
HINCKLEY, IL -- A 25-year-old Batavia woman faces child endangerment and aggravated DUI charges after she was pulled over while allegedly driving drunk with her 4-month-old baby in the car. Kelly Retterer was reportedly stopped by Hinckley police on Friday night for speeding.
Retterer was also cited with speeding, improper lane use, illegal transportation of alcohol and two counts of DUI, according to WSPY. She was booked into the DeKalb County jail and the baby was released to the father, police said.
Retterer is due in DeKalb County court on May 17.
