4/15-5/20 YogiTots & YogiBabes with Alexa Schill child + adult 6-week Series

In this fun series of classes, moms, dads, grandparents or caregivers will explore yoga with our children through partner poses, games and music. We’ll share calming breath techniques and learn how to help our children feel safe and loved with a gentle meditation at the end of every class. A wonderful opportunity to connect with our children!

YogiTots (ages 3-4) Wednesdays, 11-11:30am
YogiBabes (ages 1-2) Wednesdays, 11:45-12:15pm
